If you want to be more consistent, you're in the right place. I'm Elizabeth Benton. Welcome to Consistent,

0:07.8

a podcast by Primal Potential that is for all of you who feel frustrated by your lack of progress or

0:14.0

overwhelmed by all the change that you want to make in your life. Here, we stop frantically chasing new habits and start strategically

0:23.7

building a structure of consistency. Let's get into it. Hey, everybody, welcome back to Consistent by

0:31.8

Primal Potential. We are interrupting our Tools for the Trenches series because I had a really powerful conversation

1:39.3

Like, I want to do it and I set out to do it.

1:42.0

But then every single time, like, it just feels hard. And I know

1:45.2

intellectually that it's not hard, but I'm really struggling with the fact that for some reason

1:50.0

this feels hard for me. And for another client, one of the baby steps she was working on was just

1:56.1

writing down everything that she eats. No counting, no measuring, but she had a weight loss

2:00.3

goal. Not everybody in the consistency course does, of measuring, but she had a weight loss goal. Not everybody in the
