by Primal Potential. First, I just want to say, hey, to all of you who have reached out to me

enjoying this podcast

series, thank you. It means a lot. I know you could just go about your day and to those of you that

took the time to say, hey, this is helpful. That's just great because I really do see this as our

space and I want it to be a valuable way for you to spend your time. I don't want it

to be one of those podcasts where like, hey, sometimes it really lands and sometimes it doesn't.

Sometimes it's helpful to you and sometimes it's not. I want this to be a very intentionally

curated space that gives you what you need and really truly helps you. As you know or may know, we are currently

doing a series going through my second book, Tools for the Trenches. And I've never read this book.

I wrote it. But unlike chasing cupcakes, see, when I wrote chasing cupcakes, I stayed in it.

I was in it every single day because I was posting

about it on social media and I was talking about it in my groups and in my programs. And the second

book Tools for the Trenches was different because I wrote it in the months after my daughter died.

And once I sent it to the publisher and was like, done, I just never, never opened it again.

But I've had a lot of requests to go through it.

And I know that there's so much in here that can be helpful, no matter what you're going

through.
