the consistency course. What folks are struggling with and what resources and recommendations I give

because I believe that some of the struggles that my clients have had over just this last

week are struggles that you can absolutely relate to. And here's the thing. Typically, the thing that we

are struggling with this week that's keeping us from making progress towards our goal or making it

feel hard or making it feel like we can't take a clear path to where we want to go

is not the first time we've experienced it. And so often we bump up against the same barriers

week after week after week. And one of my primary goals with clients in the consistency course is,

hey, let's change it so that we don't bump into it next week.

Let's do something so that if anything, the situation is at least slightly improved.

It might not be that we hit the solution on the first attempt, but that week after week,
