Tonight we had on RB Gallup, who I didn't realize was 31. He's very young.

Yeah. It's crazy to think building a lot of houses when you're that young.

So he was brought into a business that his family had started,

his mom and his dad, and then went through the recession

and kind of got back up and running,

hired or brought in a business partner.

They're primarily doing new builds now

down in the Columbia, South Carolina area.

And it was nice because I think that he came on

kind of looking for input and questioned and wanted our opinions.

We just kind of did what he's doing and offered some suggestions and hopefully it was useful

for him and hopefully be useful for you guys. It was a great combo. How to grow, how to control

growth and how to not lose control your projects. Yeah, so hope you guys enjoy it. Nick will be back next week. He's not on this one. Thank you guys.

Yeah, give us a little background on what you guys do,

because it's a family company, right?
