Welcome to Day 8,88 in quarantine. I hope you guys are doing okay. That's really what this,

0:12.5

everything I do is like, okay, I got okay. I have some optimism. I have some good juju. I can put

0:18.7

it onto the world and I put it out into the world and then I go hermit.

0:22.6

And that's how it is. I think it is for all of us. Welcome to meet head hippie. I am so happy you are here.

I am so grateful to be able to deliver this type of stuff like we're going to talk about today through formats like podcasts. I mean, when you just think of how

0:38.9

connected we all are, it really does make this cheesy line of we are better together a little bit

0:44.9

more like, yeah, actually we are. And so I appreciate you being here. If you're a new listener,

0:51.0

coach, nutritional therapy practitioner. I just wrote a book, The Process, entrepreneur.

Surprisingly, actually, we do. I mean, when you look at our

1:29.8

day-to-day, it kind of flies by, and we look at our screen time or our Netflix usage. So there are

1:36.8

ways we can do, but this is all about learning how to feel. And that's an annoying term for a lot of people because it's like,

1:45.6

I don't know how to tap into that. I don't know what to do. I don't even know what that means.

1:49.5

Emily, what you're saying is going straight over my head. I don't know the menu to what my

1:56.0

needs are. And that was something that really resonated with me a few years ago. It was just like, I've always

2:02.5

been operating at a certain speed. I don't know how to slow down. I don't know what it looks like to

2:07.7

say, this is what I need right now. This is the emotion I feel right now. And I've been talking about this

2:14.5

a lot in my Facebook group. So if you're in my Facebook group, join. But it's really just this understanding that we are all kind of retraining, re-learning,
