| 0:50.9 | As you've explored Inner beauty you've focused on the qualities such as love, gratitude, compassion, joy, and confidence. In today's episode, I want to share with you a technique to help you to connect with nature. Spending time in nature has been shown time and again to help improve your immunity, to help you lose weight, to help you manage and decrease depression, and to help you feel more beautiful. |
| 1:39.6 | I like to end each series with a way to reward yourself for all the hard work you've been doing all week long by spending time in nature. |
| 1:51.0 | It's a reward for yourself. So I hope you'll take the time today to take a walk in nature |
| 2:00.0 | and what should you do when you're out there in nature? |
| 2:05.0 | Well, you could do this meditation technique in two ways. |

| 2:30.0 | You can find beauty all around you. You might have to look a little harder, be a little more creative in spotting beauty in some situations, but it's still there. |
| 2:44.0 | And when you focus on beauty |
| 2:49.0 | as you walk, |
| 2:51.0 | focus on not so much more contrived beauty, but rather the natural inherent beauty. |
| 3:01.0 | So for example, if you're walking in a park and you notice a manicured |
| 3:08.0 | garden, that is beautiful, but yet look for the natural beauty of the park, such as the shade of a tree or the intricacy of a leaf or the sounds of waves. Look for this natural beauty that will be there regardless of whether or not somebody shows up to trim bushes or to plant flowers. Look for the beauty that's already there naturally. |
| 3:59.2 | The other way you could do this nature, beauty, meditation is to sit down where you normally meditate, but open up a window |
| 4:09.8 | or door, or better yet, go outside and meditate sit down outside and meditate. So I know you can |
