| 0:40.6 | go of your likes and your dislikes help you to accept because it helps you to become mindful of the reality rather than whether or not you like or dislike how you may be feeling. It allows you to accept what's truly happening in your life. |

| 4:29.2 | through the words you choose, and how others perceive you. |
| 4:39.0 | So it's how you consider how you show up to others, how others may perceive you. There's a color to this chakra. It is Indigo blue. You could visualize using color therapy. |
