My goodness, I've had so much positive feedback in the wake of these shorter format

podcasts.

I'm really glad they're resonating with you. I'm super

hopeful that I can come in under 20 minutes this time. That seems to be my biggest challenge, but I am grateful that you like this shorter format.

I'm going to address topics that I believe will be of interest to you, and they will be in two parts.

So we'll have the first part on one day in the

week and then a couple days later we'll have another 10 15 20 minutes that

follows up on that topic. For those of you who want to discuss and

share what you're learning and how this all is working in your life, be sure to

follow me on Instagram. My Instagram account is at Julie Brave Rider and we will post a

podcast picture with headphones on it. You can easily spot it on the grid and then just look for the title and you can join the conversation.

It doesn't even matter if it's weeks later, there will be lots for you to read.
