Thanks Wayne. I can't believe I'm going to cover all that in 20 minutes. That sounds exciting.

All right, so we're going to cover some of the basics of what do you do when you find out that ADHD is part of your life.

So usually as Wayne had said it could be that your child was recently diagnosed. You have a friend. You saw an ad on TV, your doctor, you weren't doing well at work. Something sort of brings it up and bubbles it up so that later in life where you might have been missed early

on someone somewhere says it's ADHD. Now when you first get the diagnosis some people are totally relieved. They say oh my goodness at least there's a name for it now I know why I do that.
