As we continue along with our series this week on social isolation and in

today's episode you're going to be guided using a simple yet powerful breathing technique to help you feel more connected with others. And I want to share with you a little insight into what loneliness or I actually means the true definition.

The famed psychologist from Reichman declared loneliness to be the want of intimacy because she says that real loneliness is distinguished from mourning because the well-adjusted

eventually get over mourning and from depression which may be a symptom of loneliness, but is rarely the cause.

Loneliness, she says, is the want of intimacy. The psychologist John Casiopo says

loneliness is not synonymous with being alone,

from feelings of loneliness. He privileges the emotion over the social fact because
