And basically it's when something occurs in your life, which can result in perceived or actual

you know, implementing negative habits or negative habits becoming a little bit more

exacerbated. And Aaron and I are going to share like some of our own worst ones. And also we're

going to talk about like how to approach as a relationship and as a couple to like support each
