All right, welcome to episode 124 so I'm gonna hit you with what I think is something that is really true

But when you first hear it you might be like well, what case you know, have you have you given up on love?

Like why would you say that? But this is something I've really come to not only realize but live the past couple of years and it's made me so much happier and just more centered and just like really being able to see kind of what is important in life

And I feel more in the moment as a result I feel like I appreciate more I do more things I say yes more often I've met so many amazing

Beautiful people travel just done more because of this mentality and I want to share it with you so I'll get right into it real quick before I do that

So I think that when it comes to your life what you do how you live the relationships you have love is an amazing thing

It's beautiful. It's why we're here. It's why we're on earth but it's not everything you know love relationships they aren't everything especially when you're younger in your 20s and your 30s

I mean I think those things certainly are unbelievably important don't get me wrong. I think they give us purpose when we have none

I think they teach us so much about ourselves and what we want and kind of how we live and everything there they're amazing things

But they are not everything. It's fun. I always joke with my friends who are couples or are married or whatever. I was like, oh man you guys you make me believe in love or I'll say wow look at you guys love is real just as a joke and you know personally

I can't wait for the day where I find that one person and I live that truth okay but until then I really believe that there's more than love in the sense of feeling it towards another person
