| 1:09.8 | with the affirmation today I encourage you to repeat it before you go to sleep every day this week. |
| 1:22.0 | And as you repeat the affirmation, you could visualize yourself sinking into |
| 1:30.4 | peace. That is the affirmation. I sink into peace. And you will notice the beach waves |

| 1:48.1 | I am sure you have some moments near water that may have been some of your best memories or |
| 1:58.7 | vacation or time spent in nature. |
| 2:04.0 | So you might think about being near water. |
| 2:10.0 | As you drift off to sleep, waters a soothing, relaxing, place to be, and the sound of the waves and the water can help you feel as though you the affirmation, try to use your voice. |
| 2:35.0 | So as you repeat the affirmation, |
| 2:42.0 | try to use your voice in many different ways. The power of your voice is very penetrating, and it taps into your consciousness on many different levels |
| 3:01.0 | when you repeat an affirmation using your voice in different ways. |
| 3:06.0 | So if you could start off repeating the affirmation out loud a few times and then repeat the affirmation using your natural speaking voice and then repeat it in a whisper and then mentally repeat it to yourself, |
| 3:30.4 | gradually interiorizing into yourself as you repeat the affirmation. |
| 3:38.0 | This is a powerful way to tap into your own consciousness. |
