0:06.4

through all the things and I know you guys are too because shit's hard, but in the best way. So what we're

0:13.7

going to talk about today is a little bit of the evolution of where I want to go and some of the

0:19.2

process in that because I want you guys to understand that you are always evolving and always changing and when you want to go and some of the process in that because I want you guys to understand that

0:21.8

you are always evolving and always changing and when you want to change, there needs to be

0:26.3

more people talking about that and that means I need to talk about the change that I'm experiencing

0:30.4

to make it more normalized, to make it more bearable, to make it less crazy. But also the exciting changes that we have with the things

0:49.5

really respond well to. Thanks for coming back. I know this has been a while and I think you're

0:53.3

going to really enjoy this. I'm Emily Strom, the ultimate meathead hippie. Welcome to the show.

1:30.2

thinking about it all the time when you write and when you speak it out loud there's really

1:34.4

powerful shifts and momentum that happens what i have found is just like the book just like everything

1:40.8

1:45.4

you know, this list of things that people are like, wow, look at that. All I have to say is it's

1:51.4

not a wow. It's just I'm listening to something. It feels good. It makes me happy. So I do it.

1:57.2

And all of the pieces fall into place. It's quite incredible. That is creation. That is co-creation.

2:04.2
