Hello everybody welcome back to the Primal Potential

podcast I am Elizabeth Benton and this is our 10 year anniversary 10 years ago today, primal potential officially started.

It was July 12, 2014, that was my birthday, so it is my birthday today, 10 later it does not feel possible that it has

been 10 years it just does not feel possible so much has happened in the last

10 years and there's so much I want to say today. I've got a really really exciting

announcement to share with you today that I can't wait to get to but the biggest and most important thing that I have to say is thank you.

There are some of you that have been with me since the very beginning, at least the first year,

and for whether you've been here for 10 minutes or you've been here for 10 years,

or you've been here for 10 months,

primal potential would not exist if it was not for you.

And I very much think of this as hours far more than I think of it as mine and

oh I feel emotional about it just Just thank you. Thank you for being here with me. Thank you for

sharing your thoughts. Thank you for sharing your challenges. Thank you for trusting me to be part of your life and part of your journey and for being part of mine.

You know when I think about the last 10 years I remember when I told my clients that I was getting divorced.

For my first time, it's not me and Chris.

I should have led with that.

My first husband, I remember when I made that

announcement to my clients and that felt so huge and so monumental and I

remember when I announced that I was starting a podcast and I remember when I announced that I was moving back to New England and when I

announced that I was pregnant with Dagni and

the episode where we shared after she died.

And there's just, you guys have been a huge part of my life
