out in 2019 and the subtitle is How One Broke Fat Girl transformed her life and how you can too. And we are

approaching rapidly the 10-year anniversary of primal potential which is crazy and

I thought it would be cool to reflect back on

chasing cupcakes which is not 10 years old but certainly a lot has changed in my life

and I've had a ton of experience personally and professionally with

countless clients since writing it and so I'm sharing parts of the book but adding

my own updated commentary so many of you have reached out saying you're excited about this series

This is the third episode in the series and we are getting into part one chapter one

I always prefer when authors read the audio books

versus paid actors, because I think that it just really is extra special when you get to hear the

authors tone and inflection and personality and the reading of it so all of

that is available to you but today we're going to look at chapter one the hard
