And it's laid out in the chapters. So there are similar groups of experiences, similar groups of emotions, all pulled together.

And you can really start to understand the differences between two words that you may be using interchangeably.

I know, for instance, going through it, I've been using words wrong for much of my life.

Today we're going to dive into chapter eight and how it talks about shame, self-compassion, perfectionism, guilt, humiliation, and embarrassment.

You guys, this was my favorite chapter in the entire book.
