In this episode, I want to follow up on what we talked about yesterday about getting rid of procrastination

and talk about something I have spent the last month and a half procrastinating on that I just finally got done today and just sort of

react to that.

So this will be a little bit more laid back.

There should be a couple of great lessons to be learned, but sit back and enjoy the show because you are now

you can use to get more out of your life. Yesterday we talked about procrastination and the three reasons that we put things off.

And today I want to talk a little bit about the things that I put off and something that I've personally been trying to get

myself to do for about a month and a half now.

You see, I met this girl a couple of weeks ago through a Facebook group that we're both a part of.

Her name is Erica de la Cruz and I know I did an episode around the time that I met her.

I just can't for the life of me remember which episode number that is so go listen to all

of them and you'll find it anyway so I met this girl through Facebook and she

was extremely interesting to begin with but she was She was

talking to me because she knew that I was a contributor for the Huffington Post and she had a book coming out

and so she wanted to be interviewed and share her story and so on and so forth. Now normally I get a lot of these requests and normally I don't really follow up on them

but I decided to jump on the phone and and we chatted for about 20 minutes just to see if it's a good fit.

So I was super impressed with who she was, what she had been doing, her backstory, all of these things.

And so I decided, okay, you know, I'm going to write an article on her

and feature her book and all of those things.

And then I left for Paris, and so I had planned on having it done by the time I got back or rather I had

planned on after I was coming back after I got back to sit down and get it done in that week and this would have been the last week of July.
