| 2:14.4 | so I was reading through the article and it's fascinating because they have |
| 2:19.5 | three main reasons that we put things off. |
| 2:24.0 | And what I love about this article is it actually then goes to suggest solutions for those reasons. |
| 2:30.0 | And so what I wanted to do in this episode is just list the reason, list the solution, and then share my own experience with those things. |
