Stories because I do not believe I'm oppressed. I've never believed that I'm oppressed which I believe is why I think I do

Well because it's never been put in my head that I am oppressed. No, not having it. And that's the thing

You know every single thought that you have and every idea that you accept that you allow into your mind is

recorded by your subconscious mind all of it. It's recorded and you start to

create like neuro pathways and patterns and

And this happens especially when there's a lot of feeling involved and the more this happens the deeper those neuro pathways get the stronger

When we have a narrative right now that certain people usually people who look like me are

oppressed and we hear it over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again

Literally every single day we have to remember what that does to the brain

Because if people see themselves as oppressed if that's their self-image

That's what they become

So the narrative around oppression is actually causing more oppression
