Summary
On today’s episode, Mel Robbins reveals how everything you want to accomplish is absolutely within your reach. The truth is, you know what to do, and you’re capable of doing it. You have everything you need to get it done.
According to Mel, getting what you want is actually really simple but not easy. You plan, you actualize the plan, but the tricky part is sticking with it consistently. Simply put, the only thing preventing you from achieving your goals and dreams is you after all.
You know what you want and what to do to get what you want, but the only thing standing between you and your goals are the decisions and choices that you make in life. So it really is up to you. Or as Mel says, “You are one decision away from a completely different life.”
