Elizabeth Benton thanks so much for joining me today I want to talk about programs to avoid and that might surprise you because I'm not

one to get on here and tear down other people's businesses and that's certainly not my intent. I won't be calling anybody out by name,

but I think we've all had these experiences where we invest money in something and

we don't end up implementing it,

whether it would have worked or not.

And I want to talk about why that is and some of the common characteristics of programs that are aligned with very low follow-through.

Before we get into it, I want to give something away. I don't think I did last weekend.

That's right, I ran out of Fit20, but we just restocked. So this is a way isolate, super, super clean protein powder that is also delicious

delicious enough that I actually serve it to my kids as ice cream

My husband got it for me, but at my request.

So I really, really love this.

I drink it.

My husband drinks it.

where you're like, we have no groceries.

And I always feel like my husband and I can find something,

but it's a little more challenging with my kids,

especially at the ages they're at.
