did you get into the game the game I I actually grew up talking real estate

My dad bought a warehouse when I was a young kid.

And so he was in commercial real estate when interest rates were at 12 and 13 and 14 percent.

I heard all about all of the trials and tribulations of being a commercial landlord

back then and how he dealt with tenants and all of the drama and for years, you know,

listening to that around the kitchen table. And in the meantime, my mom actually was a

marketing director for a New Orleans, that's where I grew up in New Orleans area,

residential real estate brokerage, which at the time was, it was prudential, I think then it was

Merrill Lynch, but it was an affiliate.

And so I got to intern there when I was in high school.
