cannot change your credit score for the worse during escrow during a contract period.

So, you know, people get excited, especially first time home buyers.

I mean, they're, you know, like, this is so crazy, I'm going to own a house soon.

They want to fill it with

furniture and if they have a good credit score and a good debt to income ratio why not

but I'm here to tell you that that that's a deal killer that is a killer. So make sure that you're telling your clients to be

conservative in their spending.
