arduous tasks, what am I doing this for? How did I get myself into this?

But then you quickly think, I got to get myself out of it. And then you do and you feel like

you've succeeded at something today. But that is not the title or the subject matter that we're

going to be discussing today. I want to talk about the abuse that yourself or others around you put themselves

soon. When you think of abuse, you think of domestic abuse or people actually cutting their

wrists or forearms or anything like that. I'm talking about internal abuse about what we put in

our bodies with food, energy drinks, alcohol, trans fats,

you name it, we do it, unfortunately. So anyway, before we start with this, if you do like
