I used to suffer from tremendous anxiety when I was younger.

I felt as though I was crazy, you know, this was before the internet, so I had zero information

Then I decided to become therapist in my mid-twenties and in graduate school in my mid-twenties

I learned about anxiety and almost immediately my anxiety went away for the most part.

My anxiety was cured because I knew what anxiety was.

So today, for those of you out there who are suffering from anxiety, I want to present

information to you so that you can beat your anxiety and also provide ways specifically

things you can do to be anxiety.

stigmatize anxiety because people with anxiety often feel stigmatized and ashamed, which
