This just in before we published, the Supreme Court agreed to decide whether the U.S.

banning TikTok from its app stores violates the First Amendment. The High Court will hear

arguments on January 10th, nine days before the law was set to take place in the U.S.

The House Ethics Committee secretly voted earlier this month to release a report on an investigation

into former Republican Congressman Matt Gates.

That's according to sources who tell CNN it'll come out at the end of this Congress.

There'd been some questions about whether the results of the probe would be released,

after Gates resigned from the House back when he was hoping to be the next Attorney General,

before scrutiny pushed him to withdraw his name.

CNN's Elena Trin has more on what the panel was investigating.
