for Wednesday, December 18th. President-elect Donald Trump

is rounding up his recent meetings with some of the biggest names in tech. We asked CNN's

Elena Treen for the details. Well, Charlie, today Donald Trump will sit down with Amazon CEO and

owner of the Washington Post, Jeff Bezos, at his Mario Logo home.

The visit comes after Donald Trump has met with a series of tech titans in recent week,

including the CEOs of meta, Apple, Google, TikTok, and Netflix.

Now, one thing to keep in mind is that many of these people have had hostile relationships

with Donald Trump in the past, and at times

his policies during his first administration had negatively impacted these companies.

So I'm told that they're really looking to smooth relationships with him before he takes office.

Meanwhile, Trump is stoking political fires in Canada.

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is facing big problems after his second

in command resigned this week, accusing him of promoting policies that would leave Canada
