I had beef for dinner last night.

We did some, the beef flanking ribs. Remember when we were at the left-level lodge? Those little beef ribs that I cooked. Same thing. I did those. Those are good. So easy, so delicious. Beef's always the star of the show. And like I said, the prime ribs getting a little age on it.. Our buddy Sam Blakeney told me about that.

And I'm excited. I'm excited for this upcoming holiday. I'm mostly excited because I'm going to eat a big hunk of prime rib. I don't want to be alone on that.
