And we begin with a concert in Canada that was as interesting off the stage as on. 19 year old Carrie Carberry took her dad who was

almost entirely deaf to see their favorite band Three Days Grace. Since he

couldn't hear the words, Carrie signed all the lyrics.

He didn't take his eyes off her and she didn't miss a beat.

A nearby concert goer who shot some of the father-daughter time with her phone called what she saw both beautiful and

mesmerizing.

When Three Days Grace got wind of the video, they shared it on their Facebook page, with

the caption, The Coolest Thing on the internet right now.

It's already been viewed 18 million times.

In science news, proof that bigger isn't always better.

Researchers at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology

announced they've invented a way to shrink objects to nanoscale,

which is even smaller than what you can see with a microscope,

using a laser.

That means they can take any simple structure and reduce it to one one thousandth of its original

size.

The miniaturizing technology is called implosion fabrication

and can be applied to everything from drug development to creating tiny robots that

improve everyday life.
