Or here's my, here are my circumstances, do I have a class action suit here on my hands?

And I always go, come on.

No, class action suits are very difficult.

They have to be certified by a judge to go forward.

And there has to be some legitimate damage.

And for some reason, the class action suit sort of category comes up with real crazies.

So here's a fun one I want to share with you out of Florida.

What a shocker, Florida, God forbid.

So a Florida woman is suing Kraft, the Kraft Heinines company, for $5 million, saying they misled

the public. Kraft misled the public. And what, what, how? What is the product? Why the,

how the misleading took place? Well, here it is. Because Kraft misled the cup, the public about the time

it takes to prepare the Velvita microwave mac and cheese cups. Why? Well, on the cheese cups,

it says ready in three and a half minutes.

And she is saying it's not ready in three and a half minutes.

Because, and this is what the lawsuit says, if you look at how the cooking process is described

on the box, first consumers must remove the lid and cheese sauce

pouch. Next, they must add water to fill in cup stir. Third, microwave uncovered on high

for three and a half minutes. Do not drain. Finally, they should stir in contents of the cheese sauce

pouch, and the defendant then notes that the cheese sauce will thicken upon standing.
