This is Handel on the law where I give you marginal legal advice and tell you you have absolutely no case.

Supreme Court has swung very hard right, as you know.

Under President Trump, three Supreme Court justices were able to be replaced in one term.

Last time that happened was FDR, and I think it was over a couple of terms.

So one of the things the President Trump did was nominate, and at that time time the Republicans controlled the Senate and so he got his three

justices on very right wing, very conservative. That's really going to be his legacy,

is reestablishing the conservative Supreme Court. That is going to last four years. This is a 35-year

hit. All right. So with that in mind, the court is hearing a fair number of cases, wants to

hear a fair number of cases revolving or involving freedom of religion and First Amendment. And they want to curtail it,

or they want to, excuse me, curtail the liberal view. And that is the separation of church and

state and making sure that there is, quote, discrimination.

And I put that in quotes because here's what happened.

You've got a woman who has a website business.

And she makes websites for businesses.

And she opened a section of it.

She started a new division which she helped couples create a website for their weddings.

Gay couple comes to her and says,

we would like you to do a website for our gay wedding.

And she said,

absolutely not. I mean, I don't care. And she said, absolutely not.

I mean, I don't care.

I'll be more than happy if you want to do a business website.
