Nothing too radical, but, you know, just something to put on and challenge myself in a new way to really drive up that strength. You know, I used to be able to like dumbbell shoulder press like 110 pounds or so, you know, |

So I challenge every single one of you to take a look at your routine, what you've been doing and ask yourself, what can I do better, |
