Welcome to the Fit, Healthy, and Happy podcast. I'm your host, Josh, here with my co-host. KG in the House. And today we have a really fun episode coming for you. We're going to go over six or seven. How many is it called? Right now we have six, but I'm sure as we're going through the podcast, we may come up with another one, so don't hold us to that number.

Six types of people who will never get results in the gym. And, you know, while we were creating this, we saw a blog that kind of inspired this. And it just rung so true to home. It just was so much fun that like we were really excited to film this episode. you know and sometimes like oh we'll that coffee so cali gets fired up but for this one like we're just super excited through and through to film in because this is just going to be a good time and maybe you'll resonate with some of these you'll know someone um but we're going to go through uh the six people who will never get results of the gym yeah we've worked with a lot of individuals we talked to a lot of people in the gym and obviously have a lot of experience with this. So it's maybe it could be just a huge eye-opener for a lot of you guys who may be making excuses or doing one of these things. So we're going to start with number one right here. So number one is going to be the big shot. We've kind of come up with fun names for all of them.

So for us, you know, the big shot is someone who's too busy to work out. You know, they're traveling every day.

They can't find time to actually get on top of the nutrition. They're too busy. They'll do it one day.

Oh, you know, they're work. They're working all day. They have no time to themselves. You know,

business is booming, so they can't focus on their own health and nutrition. And a lot of the times,

I find that these people are busy in their own mind, but not so much busy in reality. You know,

they'll say they're running 10 businesses, all these things, but they're sleeping into 11 a.m.

And they're not serious. You know, if you look at any big shot CEO or business guru, they find time to dedicate to themselves. And this was just number one. Yeah, there's so many people like this. And it literally drives me nuts because sometimes I'll be like, okay, let's break down the schedule. Let's see when can you actually work out? When can you find time to do this? You know, even tracking. And it's literally so easy, but until you actually allow yourself to break out of that mindset, you're never going to get results. And you'll always do well in business and you'll make a lot of money and probably have a lot of friends. But you'll never see the results you actually desire if you keep thinking that you're the big shot with everything. All right. Next up, and this is my actual favorite one ever, is Manusia Mary. So if you don't know what Manusia is, it's somebody who focuses on really smaller, trivial things, you know, just small things that don't necessarily matter. So Manusia Mary is the type of person who's not going to ever look at the big picture. They're not going to look at our three fundamentals, which are really

focusing on your training, your nutrition, and your lifestyle. Instead, they're going to be all caught

up in the small marginal differences of life, you know, and kind of want to just debate semantics,

this and that, things like GMOs the microwave

radiation affecting their gains pesticides um you know diet pills chemtra all these weird little funny

things as opposed to just focusing on the big things you know they really get caught up on the

completely neglect the big picture you know they'll talk your ear off about how like the pH of your

water is unhealthy um but then they're they'll completely have nothing to say when you're discussing consistent
