Well, well, well. Good morning. I apologize for my slightly groggy voices. Lauren just called

it, but I am only halfway through my first cup of coffee this morning. It's a little

bit earlier. I've got morning things to do to take care of. So we're recording, you

know, at the crack of dawn, essentially, which is anytime before eight, if you ask me.

How is the drilling going outside your window? I mean, is this even necessary at this

point? I insisted. I will say I did insist we record this early because I was very nervous

about the risk of drilling. Right. It's subsided for the most part, but there is still heavy

clinking. Okay, okay. Well, I look forward to the days when construction is done on your

street. I do too. It's not till the end of August. So I don't even know if I'm going to

make it till then, but we'll see. I did, though, get a little bit more settled into our

place this week, Ben hung our whole gallery wall. So I'm feeling a lot better, even if

they're, you know, our loud sounds of drilling and it basically sounds like a dentist is

doing a root canal on our street. At least I like my indoors. So that's all. Yeah. So,

okay, that actually brings us to a question a lot of people had for you, which was, you

know, how things are going. We got that a lot in the Q and A. We want to know how, you

know, being in sconce with Ben, living in sin, shacking up like a real slur is going.

It's that's so funny. I know a lot of people have asked like, how is it going? And what's

funny is that they'll also ask it like to us in person, like Ben is going to be like in

person, like it's the worst or I'm going to be like, it's the worst. Yeah. Even though

it like has not been the worst, it's been amazing. Like what's crazy is that nothing has

really changed. Like we just kind of like have our routine and it's actually just a lot

more peaceful because I don't have to like schedule or plan when we're going to be able
