are no longer here. They're back. So, you know, I watched Love Island and one amazing discovery

of the Love Island cast is that when you have to be on camera early in the morning and you

don't want to put on a face of makeup, you just pop on a pair of sunglasses. So that's

what I'm doing. It might look like I am Stevie Wonder in this recording. I don't care.

I'm here for it. I don't want to put on makeup for, you know, 9 a.m. Sorry about it. I don't

go into an office anymore. And, you know, I fully embrace this way of life. So I might be

wearing sunglasses throughout this recording. I might get brave and take them off right

now. They're on. Sister, I think you need to learn to accept yourself without the, you

know, facade that women are expected to bring out every morning. Why not just accept

yourself and your true human skin? Are you wearing makeup right now? I thought I could

say are you high? Yes, of course I'm wearing makeup. I'm on camera. I just don't want to

wear makeup. I just like, I truly, I'm just more vain than you. You know what? That's

the thing. No contest there. Actually, I have a little exercise for us to run through.

But maybe we can get into it once we've warmed up a little bit. But it's basically, I'll
