Welcome to the Commian podcast. This is Jeff Krasno. Okay, indulge me a brief preamble here.

There seems to be little relief from the emotional salt shaker we're all in in 2020. And personally,

I've seldom felt more depressed than I have this week.

Another black man got shot in the back by the police.

A 17-year-old kid armed with an AR-15 shot and killed two people in Wisconsin.

Some folks are hailing him as a hero.

A massive hurricane crushed Louisiana. Unprecedented fires are raging

through California. Q&ON is going to Congress and, oh yeah, if you forgot, the pandemic is still

killing nearly a thousand citizens per day. This is what passes as normal in America. It's hard to think,

let alone record anything remotely intelligent. Part of me just wants to look at Zillow for some

fantasy shopping therapy. But the show must go on. So today's episode is

admittedly still raw in the middle. For many of the reasons I have already enumerated, I've been

preoccupied, and I'm still thinking these propositions through here out out loud, and in public.

So I appreciate your grace and for helping process these concepts.

Many of you who email me your comments are by many factors smarter than me.

And I suppose that is the purpose of this conversation and community to make ideas better.
