Today's special guest is Rachel Aust and she is an Aussie from down under. So you get some

gains from the other side of the earth unless you're in Australia and then she's pretty close to you.

But it was a great conversation. What an amazing person. What a fun, just an enjoyable time. And we

talked for a little bit before and actually for almost an hour after. I'm like, why didn't we just stay on the podcast? Because we were just so much to say. And we talked for a little bit before. And actually, for almost an hour after, I'm like,

why didn't we just stay on the podcast? Because we were just, just so much to say and so much to catch up on. It's kind of like the type of person you meet and you just get along with. And it feels like you've known them for so long. I feel like I was talking to myself in many ways, because her approach and her perspective on things, albeit a lot less colorful

in my sense.

I mean, she's a much more upstanding lady than old papa swivel.

I get into the dirt pretty nasty, but you know that.

That's why you're here.

It just felt like we had so much like just crossing over and feels like I've known her for a lot longer.

So it was a really great conversation and I hope you enjoy it.

One side note, there was a little bit of like some audio distortion now and again.

It seemed like when she was talking, you get a little like stuff here and there.

So I apologize for that, but I guess that's what you get when you try to connect with someone

and you live stream from two ends of the entire earth.

So just the fact that we could see each other and you could hear us is actually some kind

of amazing feat of technology in itself.

So apologies for that.
