There's always a balance there, but I really like this idea of the income floor.

It connects to the idea of having a job description for your rental properties.

And if you build that as your ultimate goal, then you can chip away at that.

You can make progress.

You can get one house at a time like John Schaub talks about until you ultimately have this point

where you have a lot of flexibility.

You have a lot of time.

give job descriptions to your rental properties. So just like you would have a job description

for a contractor or an employee, your rental properties have a job description to pay for certain parts

of your lifestyle. And I got this idea from another investor, a long-time investor named Mike Cantu.

So I want to explain that idea. And then also go a little further and talk about how to build an

income floor where you have consistent income to pay for your lifestyle for a long period of time.
