You need to find a need and then go fill it. The lesson teaches that business and all business, but real estate investing is what we were talking about, is all about serving people. It's about those people and their needs. And all people have needs. Whether you're selling a property, running a property, loaning money, we are people, we have needs. And so you as an investor, as an entrepreneur, your job is to go find out what those needs are

and then put all of your effort, all of your concentration into filling those needs of that person.
