All those parties are interacting together, much in the same way you would with any other loan, right? You mentioned it's not like as much different than a normal loan, only that there's a lot more negotiations, I guess, and there's more, there's more left to be figured out from the private parties. real estate. He owns rental properties. I actually had privilege of helping him get started.

He and his wife started investing. I can't remember how many years ago now, at least a decade ago

with house hacks and then got into rental properties. But he also has a day job as a vice president

of a self-directed IRA company, which has been a topic that I've been involved in from the beginning of my real estate investing career. You'll hear in the interview a little bit more about that. But it's both been something that I have done as an investor. I've loaned money. I've invested my money in my retirement account. And I've also built up a source of private money from other

people who have self-directed IRA accounts. So this is a really important topic for many of you

who need your own private money or who want to invest your IRA. And Sean is the guy who I recommend
