Too many times we get hyper-focused on planning,

which is important, but we fail to execute the plan because of how we think,

because we know how to manipulate our mind into an excuse.

Oh, I was too busy today,

oh, I didn't have time, oh, I'm not feeling well,

and it's those thoughts that we have to be aware of and then upgrade
