when you're going through an emotional storm of your own, and also where you may still need a little support.

And why is it so important to track or reflect?

The reason is because it helps you to become mindful and aware of how you're living your life.

It's so easy to coast or to live your life on automatic, where you're not really

thinking about how well you're doing or where you are struggling a little bit

until something major happens and then you're often so overwhelmed or distracted by managing this event that it's hard to consider any kind of self-improvement at that point.
