It's 8 p.m. It took me all day to gather the courage to record in my bedroom. And I'm here. I missed you guys last week. I definitely needed to rest. I also

was working on a partnership that I've been working on. And it took me all day because I failed

to prepare. And that's just how it goes. When you fail to prepare, you're going to not complete

everything on your to-do list. So that was a lesson learned for me, but I got it done

and it was a nice start to the week. Let me tell you guys, a lot has happened and I was still like

processing emotions. There's been so much in my life that it's been a very emotional summer.

I was like, it's going to be a hot girl summer,

but it's an emo girl summer. So if you're feeling like me, sending a hug to you,

So on, I don't know, it was like two to three weeks ago, I receive a DM.

And it's like, hey girl.

I'm just kidding.

But it was a DM from someone who I recognized the name, the picture, and my heart sank.

And it was my ex's ex.

And basically, she found my podcast and she's like, I knew who you were talking about as soon as I
