Hello, Mr. Morris. I'm here in California and I have a little dilemma here. I have bought

into the duplex with my VA loan. My daughter, wife and I are currently living in one of the

units, one bed, one bath while we rent out

our two-bed, two-bath unit. And it's not fully getting cash flow yet, not until we rent out

our unit. But my dilemma is my equity home loan was a rough estimate of 42,000.

And I'm debating either to either use that on my debt of 27,000 or purchase a single family home for my family or use the family may program and purchase a second multi-family home.
