today I'm bringing coach Morgan Bungers back on the show and I'll tell you how this developed how I came to sending him a text and saying,

Let me tell you why. I was having a conversation with my mom. My mom is in her

early 70s. She has recently come to the understanding of how important it is to build

something that she's working on I'm working on my sister's working on and we talk

about it regularly and my mom bought an online program a really really popular online program, a really, really popular online program for fitness, strength. And she said,

I was really excited about it, but the problem is there's no modifications. So if I don't have the

equipment for something, I'm not sure what to do, or if I don't have the level of fitness to do something the way they demonstrate it,

I don't know what to do.

Or if something is painful for me or uncomfortable or just you know maybe I have a bad knee or in my mom's

case she has osteoporosis so there's certain things she's not supposed to do and

there's not modification so she it's something she can't do she's not sure what to swap it

with and so she's having the experience which I've had before when I've bought

online programs where it's very discouraging because you go into it with high hopes,

you go into it with great intentions, and then you kind of can't execute.
