you do in your leisure time when you have time to actually be creative

And I'm going to share with you a technique called a moodra.

Moodras are a you position your hands,

and this stimulates your nervous system in a particular way. Now, you don't have to do the mudra as you do the meditation

technique but it's an option for you and many people tell me that at first they weren't really sure what mudras are all about,

but they do them now and they love them. They get great results.
