depression or paranoia so one thing that I've always found very frustrating about yoga and the yoga community in general is that people often refer to the science of yoga, but there's almost no science ever really explored or investigated. A lot of it's just, you know,

said yoga teachers they tend to kind of default back to myth or folklore rather

than science in the study and I think the science and study is very interesting.

So, you know, for sure there's value in both approaches,
