He's best known for portraying the vampire Bill Compton in the hit TV series True Blood.

His new series is based on the epic film, sexy beast.

I'm talking today with Stephen Moyette.

I think I started out quite timidly. I was quite

in awe of a lot of the people when I went to drama school and I sort of felt very exposed because

I hadn't sort of had the same education as them. And it was not that I had had a bad education.

It was just my feeling of insecurity coming from Essex and getting to London and feeling sort of like I didn't quite belong.

When I was a kid I played a lot of table tennis.

It was quite a high standard at table tennis and there's this sort of very hypnotic, if you like, sound that the table tennis makes which is

you don't get done you don't get down you feel good about yourself if you feel like

you're you're in the right place with the right time and you're in the place where

you're supposed to be you will find your way out of it because of all the years that

you've put in, your 10,000 hours will give you the opportunity and the ability to find yourself,

you know.
