This episode is just going to be a little catch up face time.

I feel like we haven't really chatted just you and I in a second, so I thought we would

just hang out with a little sprinkle of reminding you that you can do anything you put your

mother freaking mind to because the day you listen to this tomorrow will be the official

first TWC meetup.

So we are doing a Pilates class at host concepts to launch my future smoothie with them.

I can't even explain to you how excited I am to finally get the chance to meet some of

you in person and it breaks my freaking heart every single one of you that are messaging

me being like crying from across the world wherever it may be that you are.

I promise this will not be the last TWC IRL meetup.

This is only the first I will be trying to plan more in different cities.

And Kale is coming here tomorrow for the week so she will also be coming to the workout.

It'll be some very wit shit energy going on.

But I'm just so excited at the wellness cafe smoothie will be at host concepts all August

long.

If you want to go get it, you don't even need to do a workout at host concepts.

The smoothie bar is open to the public.

You can just stroll on in, get the smoothie and if you do post it and tag me in your stories
